This 22×14 ft addition on our customer’s home began to settle several years ago.  The monolithic footing had sunk into the soil due to poor drainage and drought conditions.

Customer was experiencing settlement along the rear addition of the home. The addition was built over an existing patio slab and rain runoff from the gutters allowed the foundation to settle over time.
